Because every piece at The Wildflower Edit is crafted by hand, our return and exchange policies vary depending on whether your item was custom-made or purchased from our ready-made collections. Please review our guidelines below:
Custom & Non-Ready Made Orders
No Returns, No Refunds: Because custom orders are specifically tailored to your unique measurements, height selections, and fabric choices, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these pieces.
Our Guarantee: We want you to absolutely love your garment. If there is a structural defect or a mistake made on our end regarding your requested measurements, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.
Ready-Made Collections
Exchanges & Store Credit Only: We do not offer monetary refunds on ready-made items, but we are happy to help you find the perfect fit! If your item doesn't work out, you can exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value, or receive the full amount back as store credit. (Note: If you exchange for an item of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued to you as store credit).
30-Day Window: Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to our studio.

Because I am just one person handcrafting and packing every single order from my studio, turnaround times vary depending on the type of item you purchase. We break our items down into three categories:
Ready-Made Items: These are already sewn and sitting on our studio shelves! They will ship out within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-Order Items (Non-Custom): These are our standard designs that aren't stitched until you order them. Please expect 1–2 weeks for these pieces to be lovingly made and shipped.
Custom Orders: For fully tailored pieces, please expect 3–4 weeks from the time you first contact us. Note: If your specific custom design requires us to source and order specialty fabric, it may take a bit longer, but I will keep you updated every step of the way!

Yes, of course! I love working with fabric you've chosen yourself. To do this, simply head over to our Custom Order page and fill out the inquiry form. Make sure to upload a clear photo of your fabric along with the form so I can take a look. As a bonus, using your own fabric will bring the overall price of your custom piece down since we won't need to source the materials from our studio!
